The interior design of Tran An Miami is a compact, vibrant blend of 1970s nostalgia and the "soul of an immigrant family's home," offering a unique "infrared disco hunting lodge" atmosphere. The 750-square-foot space, designed by the owner Jon Nguyen and Mark Alan Diaz, is characterized by red and yellow circular design elements, suede bright maroon booth seating, and a noodle bar with counter seating that provides a view of the open kitchen. Quirky details such as the menu presented in an old-school photo album, severed golden animal heads mounted on the walls, and a bathroom that is described as feeling like a tiny nightclub contribute to the eatery's distinct, personality-filled, and laid-back vibe.
